God is a God of the 'Generations' and wants us to each invest into the next generation. Free Indeed Ministries has a heart and a 'calling' to mentor the next generation.
Currently we gather at 6:00PM on Thursday evenings to believe it or not step on the scale and weigh in!!!
We call it: Pray and Weigh
As of January 4th this group of young
(and some not so young) have lost over 150 pounds!!
We encourage one another, share recipes, pray and worship together.
We will post some before and after pictures soon as they begin to reach
their individual goals.
It is wonderful to watch them get healthy body, mind,soul & spirit!
