Roxie Elliott carries an apostolic, prophetic and deliverance mantle. She has been in full time ministry for 30 years, having served in a women's ministry on the local, area, regional and national level. In 2000, God led her to form the ministry of FIM, Int'l to include men, as her call is to the whole body of Christ. Her heart is to see men and women set free in order to fulfill their destiny and build the Kingdom of God. This can be accomplished through healing, deliverance and the prophetic word.
Roxie in 2002, became a member of ICA (Int'l Coalition of Apostles) with C. Peter Wagner as the presiding Apostle.
Roxie is also a member of IBM (International Breakthrough Ministries) under the leadership of Apostle Barbara Wentroble who ordained her in 2002.
Home for Roxie is Sycamore, IL where she serves as Apostle alongside her husband,Jim Elliott and son, Michael Schumaker who pastor at Harvest Time Fellowship.
